Common area with lockers, washer/dryer, picnic area with BBQ grill and seating area. This area is in the heart of Naples, with only a short walk to the finest restaurants, galleries and shop in the town. TV, telephone, cable TV and electrical hookup by each slip. Pumpout station at each slip.
Slips are available now, and a complete renovation has recently been completed. The renovation includes new electrical, plumbing, floating docks and common areas.
